Have you begun to see the need to
provide KM training for your entire,
emerging, Knowledge-Age organization,
well beyond just KM Team training
and certification? If so, your next
major activity will be to create a
KM Learning Plan.
Why a KM Learning Plan?
Because Awareness and Learning are essential ingredients to transformation success. That’s why a KM Learning Plan is a vital component of the KM Institute’s KM Transformation Solution. The KMTS is KMI’s comprehensive, proprietary strategy to transform the knowledge-maximizing capabilities of your enterprise.
Who initiates a KM Learning Plan?
Consider the Learn Before, During and After paradigm. The ‘Learn Before’ imperative compels a few KM Team members to gain high-level knowledge of transformation essentials. These Essentials, including the KM Methodology, enable them to diagnose, prescribe and execute a number of startup, ‘KM Awareness Campaign’ activities.
The KM Learning Plan is a primary activity initiated in the Awareness Campaign.
How can you get started on a KM Learning Plan for your organization?
The KM Learning Plan is introduced in the CKP program and taught in our top-end CKM Management program. If you are a recent CKM Graduate, you will have already learned the basics of creating a KM Leaning Plan.
A KM Learning Plan can also be created and priced with a free consultation from your KM Institute Staff.
Implementation tools will also soon be introduced to the public. These diagnostic and prescriptive tools will initially be components of a consultant contract, where KM Institute will help you get started. The tools will then become full self-service products for those who wish to keep KM an in-house effort.
