Tangible strategic results are a major checkpoint to becoming a Learning Organization.  If initial KM Bulls have been well-chosen and successfully implemented, more will follow.  Ever more of the organization's workforce will be introduced to these strategic, K-Age initiatives. These proven KM methods and systems will simply be the 'way we do business', especially as staffs increase engagement, see tangible, personal benefits.

Pay particular attention to whether top mgmt continues the iterative process of adding additional KM Bulls, if/when warranted.  Multiple, successful KM Bulls are critical to ultimate K-Age maturity and continuous organizational performance improvement.
