‍

The Knowledge Transfer Program ensures that unique and critical knowledge/capability is not lost during retirements or other workforce related changes (e.g. promotions, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, job rotations, attrition, etc.). The four-step Knowledge Transfer process (one of the 4 processes we cover) is award-winning and externally validated.  And, it comes with a financial calculation for Return-On-Investment for organizations seeking that important metric.

Audience

Knowledge Managers and KM Practitioners seeking practical ways to integrate generative, semantic, and agentic AI into their KM strategies and initiatives.
‍
‍Knowledge Transfer and Retention Specialists responsible for preserving critical organizational knowledge, supporting succession planning, and reducing knowledge loss.
‍
‍Organizational Learning and Development Professionals interested in accelerating learning, strengthening human capabilities, and enabling knowledge sharing through experience and practice.
‍
‍Community of Practice Leaders and Facilitators looking to use AI to enhance dialogue, collective sensemaking, collaboration, and knowledge flow.
‍
‍KM Strategists, Consultants, and Transformation Leaders designing human-centered, AI-enabled knowledge ecosystems that connect people, processes, and technology. No programming or advanced technical expertise is required. Participants should bring curiosity, a willingness to experiment, and ideally a real-world knowledge transfer challenge to explore throughout the workshop.
